Detailed installation instructions for the webapplication can be found in the Instructions directories of the installation files. There is an extensive ReadMe.txt file explaining the setup and installation of both a new install or upgrades.

As of SP v.2.4 a newly created (illustrated) Installation Guide (pdf) is available for download from:

Installation
o Download & unzip the Installation Package
o Create new Webapplication (IIS)
o Create new DB and run script (SQL)
o Open URL in browser
o Create Admin account on first login

Creating Surveys
o Start using SP to create Surveys
