System.Net.Mail.SmtpException The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. z39sm4472451wfd.23

Excellent work on you part...

i really liked your survey application .

but i send mail through mailing option..

the above error occurs...

pl help.. i'm using survey.1.2.2

Hello,

Could it be you are using a Gmail account? In this case Gmail requires special settings and a secure (SSL) connection.

The latest version of Survey v. 1.2.3. does support the SSL option. You should check the web.config file: 
<!--! Enable Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to SMTP server: true/ false--> 
<add key="NSurveySMTPServerEnableSsl" value="false"/> 

 Then set the value to true. We hope this solves your problem.
