Target Coefficients of Variation (or Confidence Intervals)
I may be partnering with the USDA to conduct a survey of farmers. They want me to provide target coefficients of variation or confidence intervals for the raw variables that will be collected. Does anybody know how I should go about deciding this?

Re: Target Coefficients of Variation (or Confidence Intervals)
Hello,
In order to decide if we can provide any help at all specify/ define "go about" in more detail please. I.e. on a practical level do you mean how to go about collecting the right data through the use of the SP tool? And next calculate the formulas as mentioned?
Kind regards,
