I would like to use a unique URL for each completion.



I would like to have it in this way.



I forward the user to the survey. 

SurveyList.aspx?surveyid=605254&unq=111232



My unique parameter should be "unq=111232"

So when the survey is complete the user will be forwarded to

www.mydomainsomwhereelse.com/mypage.a...

is possible to solve?

Yes, they are stored in another database.  I have a database with articles/item and each item should be connected to one survey. I also would like to have the ID och each answer so i could trace each answer. None of the surveys will have more than 20 questions so i think i could handle that with a querystring also like this
