A complete userguide is not yet available. Progress is made on a first version as we speak. Some of the initial results can be found through the Wiki pages on this site.
We expect to publish a complete version with the next release of the Survey tool. For now if you have any particular questions, please use these forums and we will try to assist as much as possible.
