I'd like to have fairly terse answers with fairly extensive text explaining what they mean.  I imagine adding help text to the answer and having it be formatted into the title attribute of the input tag for the answer.  Alternatively, I'd like to be able to add a little button with a ? next to each answer which a user could click to get more information.  I really don't want to put the full explanations in the question text and clutter the screen.  Any suggestions?
