ASP.Net 4.5
VS 2013

I have added the register tag:
<%@ Register TagPrefix="vts" Namespace="Votations.NSurvey.WebControls" Assembly="Votations.NSurvey.WebControls" %>

And copied to code. 

I get the following error
Error Creating Control - Survey Preview
Unknown server tag 'vts:SurveyBox"
