SP 2.4 provides the menu Surveys/Settings/Completion/ ...redirection url option to add and present the results report right after submitting the survey.
e.g. resultsreport.aspx?surveyid=0e6cac76-c564-4499-b63e-23589383e546
The voterid is then passed on from the previous page (cache) to present the correct answers.
Its not possible to view the report (again) at a later stage.
The next version of SP (2.5) will have the option for users to access and edit the individual resultsreport after submitting a survey also at a later stage - see github:

Access to the current report (as in sp 2.4) by just adding the voterid will have some serious security/ access implications (option to change the voterid in the url and see other voters results).
