Hi I have both 2011 and 2.0 installed in different servers.

I use the email notification extensively. My problem is the email notification report when it gets to email is all garbled together and it is difficult for staff to find the answers easily. I was hoping for a way to get Question 1 and Answer 1 on the same line and then Q2/A2 on the next line of the email ect. So if we print out the email the answers are quickly discernable.

 

Any help out there on this?

Hello,

Depending on the type of email client you are using the results may look different. One way to order answers/ results more easily is to choose Settings/ Notification settings/ Answers Only report. This will send the question + the selected answer only.

You can also make use of the export features of the SP tool to export answers to a csv/ excel file.
